Michal Levin is the sole director and owner of Michal Levin Ltd, Company no. 9763838 which is Registered in England and Wales. Its Registered address is Ground Floor, Southon House, Station Approach, Edenbridge, Kent TN8 5LP UK.
Michal Levin is the trading name of Michal Levin Ltd.
www.MichalLevinInstitute.com is the website and home of Michal Levin’s teachings and offerings, her online course, subscriptions and online shop.
Our data controller is Michal Levin.
What data we collect
With your consent, we now collect your name and email address only, when you subscribe to the Monthly Intuitive Message (MIM), Circle Group or any of Michal’s online courses (we have deleted any previous information we may have collected on your location and age range).
When you consent to join our mailing list, we ask for your name and email address only.
When making a purchase from our website shop, we ask you for your billing address and if applicable, the shipping address. This information is not retained on the website but is emailed to one of Michal Levin’s team for the purpose of fulfilling your order and for maintaining the company accounts. At the point of purchase you are also asked if you would like to join our mailing list.
We do not collect credit card or any other payment details for online payments. Online payments are collected via PayPal. We do receive emails from PayPal confirming an order, which can include your postal address if you have provided it to PayPal.
If attending a retreat or other events, we may ask for your date of birth for Michal’s planning purposes, and your phone number for contacting you at the time of the event only.
How we collect your data and why
Keep in Touch button and Pop-Up:
If you have asked to keep in touch with us (by clicking on the ‘Keep in Touch’ button or pop-up on our website homepage) you are automatically added to our mailing list so that you may receive news of forthcoming events including teaching events from Michal Levin. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Subscriptions:
If you sign up for one of our subscriptions – including but not solely Michal’s Monthly Intuitive Message, Circle Group or online course - your name and email address are needed to send you information relating to your subscription. At the point of subscribing, you are also given the opportunity to join our mailing list so that you may also receive news of forthcoming events and teaching events from Michal Levin.
Email Enquiries:
If you contact us by email to make an enquiry about readings with Michal, or about events or anything else, we will invite you to sign up to our mailing list. Your enquiry emails will be retained by the person or persons who have responded to your enquiry and from time to time we will delete emails from anyone who is no longer in touch with us.
Purchasing from the website Shop:
In the process of purchasing an item from our website shop, we retain your name, email and billing address in order to fulfil your purchase and to maintain our accounts. We also give you the opportunity to sign up to our mailing list.
Cookies:

However this data is made anonymous and an individual visitor to the website cannot be identified. It helps us to know which pages of our website are of most interest to you. It may help us to know how we can serve you better.
From time to time we review who has opened our emails to determine the effectiveness of our emails and help us make decisions about future content and formatting and serve your needs better.
Occasionally, new visitors to our website come via a link from a third party website and we review this activity.
How we protect your data
Our mailing list is held securely on www.mailchimp.com which is self-certified to both the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield regimes.
All on-line payments are received through the recognised on-line secure payments provider PayPal.
Third party websites – we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies of other websites even if you access them by using links from our website and recommend that you check the privacy policy of each site you visit.
